Dominion Ale is brewed in an English style with American Two-Row Pale, Caramel, and Black malts. Perle, Willamette, and Mount Hood hops from the Pacific Northwest and English Kent Golding Hops are used. This ale is fermented with a traditional American yeast in the German Kolsch style - warm, fast fermentation followed by a slow maturation. Dominion Ale is malty with an assertive hop character dominated by the Kent Golding. It is crystal clear amber colored with medium body. 4.7% ABV.
