Primary Fermentation with Belgian Golden Ale yeast. Malt bill comprised 80% Belgian pilsner malt, 5 % Bonlander Munich malt, and 15 % light Belgian candy sugar. Lightly hopped with Tettnang hops. Fermented dry then filtered bright. Secondary fermentation carried out with Abbey Ale yeast and fresh wort in keg. Golden in color, presenting a dense foam. Rich in aromas of crisp fruit, spicy phenols, clean malt, complementary alcohol. Creamy mouthfeel with a complex flavor. 9% ABV.
