Father Louis Hennepin serves as the inspiration behind our saison. A great Belgian explorer, Father Hennepin was the first European to visit Niagara Falls. His passion for exploration inspired us to take Hennepin one step further by using new experimental hops from around the world for dry-hopping. The result has quickly become a favorite of our brewers, and now we have brewed a very limited amount to share. 7.7% ABV.
