We start with The Dark Cide(r) as a base and to that we add sarsaparilla, birch bark, and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is an earthy, woodsy cider reminiscent of birch beer or root beer. Deeply Rooted is slightly sweetened on the back end with Michigan grown apple juice but still is not overly sweet. 7.5% ABV.
