American Wild Ale brewed with a 100% pilsner malt base, and fermented with a blend of five fruit forward saccharomyces yeast strains are combined with three fruit forward brettanomyces yeast strains and lactobacillus. In addition to the fruit flavors coming from the yeast and bacteria the beer is fermented with lime zest and dry-hopped with Citra hops. 5% ABV.
