A small sticky mash that consisted of malted and unmalted wheat, rye, and oats, hopped with Japanese Sorachi Ace, and fermented at extremely warm temperatures with our house saison yeast. The beer then underwent a second fermentation on over 500 pounds of peach puree. Overripe peach aromas mesh with a fluffy mouthfeel and subtle flavors of coconut and cracked black pepper. 4.9% ABV.
