At one time in Bavarian history, wheat beer was only brewed by royal license at the King’s brewery. This traditional Hefe Weitzen is brewed in honor of Rolston Laird, an Irish immigrant who lived and farmed wheat on Petty Island. Laird was pronounced King of Petty Island in the late 1800s. Unfiltered, spicy, and refreshing. 5.3% ABV.
