We went ahead and started dry hopping this little guy before it even left the boil kettle; primary fermenting it on Eukanot Cryo since day one of fermentation and continuing to dose it throughout it's tank time with revolving doses of Citra and Mosaic hops as well as additional Eukanot Cryo hops. What we ended up with is the biggest bodied, dankest little fella we ever had the pleasure to taste. That little guy? I would't worry about that little guy.
