Sinister Prime Minister is a 12% Imperial Stout brewed in collaboration with Interboro. We are big fans of their Ambassador Imperial Stout so we decided to brew a stout based off that recipe. We then added a ridiculous amounts of maple syrup to this thick base beer. Notes of sweet maple, liquid pancakes, dark chocolate and medium roast coffee.
