A collaboration with Collective Arts Brewing Company (Ontario, Canada), we brewed a classic American Pale Ale with Cashmere and El Dorado hops and then added 400lbs of fresh coconut to the mix. Hazy golden like the beaches of Rockaway, with a solid coconut aroma backended by hop spice. Light to medium bodied with a full on coconut flavor which coats your whole mouth. Slight hop bitterness with notes of melon and pepper. Finish is easy breezy with low bitterness and slight coconut sweetness
