Extra Guac is a new 8% Imperial IPA that further explores a new fermentation profile. Sometimes you have to treat yo self - go ahead and order that side of guac even though it’s an extra charge. Extra Guac has our new profile that allows for more juiciness in the beer while lowering bitterness. We double dry hopped this beer with Idaho 7, Mosaic, Amarillo and Huell Melon.
