This 7% NEIPA with Sabro and Mosaic is a hop combination we haven't used much in the past but has some wonderful notes of tropical fruit, coconut, and even a hint of blueberry. It's a little known fact that although clips are commonly used to hold a rail down it should never be used at the joint!
