This was brewed with English Marris Otter and 6 types of caramel and roasted malts. This beer used the most malt of any beer we have brewed to date and pushes the limits of what we are capable of on our brewhouse. Notes of velvety burnt cacao melts with almond and strawberry. Followed by a palate-coating mouthfeel and a long, sweet, but balanced finished. 10% ABV.
