Brewery: Against the Grain
Tart and sharp, just like the lady herself, Bretty White is a funky take on the classic style. Brewed with a load of wheat and a touch of coriander, we then aged this beer for 6 months with two different stains of Brettanomyces for a funky, fruity, acidic edge. To round out that flavor, we added citrus zest for even more of a mouthful. She's a complicated woman. 4.6% ABV.
