A Black India Pale Ale featuring New Zealand Pacific Gem hops. The flavor of Pacific Gem is known for having tones of oak and woody offsets. Pacific Gem has its oils in balance and it is highly favored for aromatic qualities. The bouquet is fruity and closely resembles blackberries. The base IPA grain bill includes Pale malt, wheat, Vienna, Munich and debittered black malts, while the Pacific Gem has created a unique flavor and aroma resulting in a very interesting IPA. 7.6% ABV.
