Strawberry Hopcake is the delicious collision of a tart, fruit-forward sour and a hop bomb IPA brewed in collaboration with New Trail Brewing Co. We aged a juicy IPA base with a blend of cherries, nectarines, raspberries, pluots, and hundreds of pounds of strawberries in oak barrels for four months and finished the brew with a generous dry-hopping. 6.1% ABV.
