It’s an IPA, India Pale Ale, amber colored and with a strong hoppy aroma. A beer that’s been made for thirsty people, to be drank without too much thinking, to be enjoyed while strolling down the streets on warm evenings. In brewing Hobo we used a big amount of rye (29%) and 10 % wheat, plus five different kinds of malted barley. We decided to use hops from America and New Zealand: we used Nelson Sauvin during FWH and in whirlpooling, while in the next two additions we used Amarillo and Cascade. 5.95% ABV.
