The Zymatore Project is importer B. United International's endeavor to create liquids of unheard flavors that destroy the boundaries of beer, wine, mead, cider and spirits. This one-off creation began life as a refreshing wheat beer made tart with lactobacillus. After arriving in Connecticut by tank, the beer was aged in oak barrels that were home to (red!) Zinfandel wine. It is now something completely different. Still refreshing, but with mind-boggling complexity. 3.1% ABV.
