Our flagship Racer 5 IPA was laid down in barrels for two years along with the freshest hops from Yakima, Washington including Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe and Chinook. Additional fermentation with wild yeast and bacteria in the barrels give this ale a slight funk and acidity in addition to its epic hop aroma. 9.2% ABV.
