By popular demand, our summertime seasonal is no longer filtered and has been permanently converted to a full-blown Bavarian-style Hefeweizen! A unique strain of yeast produces banana-like ester flavors up front and phenolic clove, spicy notes in the background. Brewed with half barley malt and half white wheat malt and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. 5.4% ABV.
