Ruby Duby is a German-style hefeweizen brewed with 100% wheat thanks to our filter - almost unheard of considering how sticky and difficult wheat is in the mash. All the wheat protein gives this beer a thick, full body and mouthfeel and a mountainous, pillowy soft head. We fermented it with a famous Bavarian yeast strain for the signature banana, clove and bubblebum flavors, then infused it with grapefruit oil for a nice citrusy zing.
