This beer is a showcase for the flavor and aroma of a single hop varietal: Centennial. The "wet" in wet-hopped refers to hops that have been picked only a few hours before being incorporated into the beer. Impressive amounts of fresh whole cone Centennial hops were added to the kettle, giving the beer very specific, intense bitterness and aroma. 8.5% ABV.
