Brooklyner Weisse is a Bavarian-style wheat beer, unfiltered and chock full of spicy esters that evoke hints of cloves and fruit, some say even bananas. The beer is made with a traditional weizen yeast strain. The malt mix is half malted wheat and half barley malt. The hops are Perle, from Germany. Bitterness is low to medium. 5% ABV.
