A stout so rich and deep you'll think you're gazing into your true-love's eyes! This silky, ink-black Imperial Stout was brewed with a heavy dose of Lactose and finished romantically with Mosaic hops. It then fermented atop 150lbs of local NJ bleuberries and aromatic Madagascar vanilla beans. Deep notes of fruit, dark chocolate, earthy berry-fruit, and finishes with a present but soft bitterness. 9.6% ABV.
