Imagine if an IPA, a wheat beer, and a Belgium Double had a baby; it would be called a Saison. This is a refreshing, medium to strong fruity and spicy ale with a distinctive yellow orange color, highly carbonated, well hopped, and dry with a quenching acidity. We brew ours with coriander and lots of saaz hops. 6.2% ABV.
