Collaboration with George Hummel of Home Sweet Homebrew and Tom Peters. Right now it's a bit reminiscent of an English-style pale ale. The secondary fermentation is with brettanomyces and the brett is just starting to show. We'll tap our other two kegs during Philly Beer Week 2013 when the brett will have taken over.
