Inspired by the German Kolsch style that originated in Cologne in the late 1800s, our Kolsch exhibits a precisely balanced flavor and aroma, comprised of a delicate mix of low malt, pleasant, subtle fruit notes from fermentation, and low hop bitterness. It is medium-light in body, smooth, crisp, clear and pale straw in color with a fleeting white head. This subdued maltiness leads to a dry, slightly crisp finish with no bitter aftertaste. 4.5% ABV.
