This One Time at Band Camp is our Double IPA with an Evil Genius twist - we never use the same blend of hops twice! We start with a classic American DIPA recipe, then cut back on the bittering hops by adding over 75% of the hops post fermentation. This method helps retain their juicy, resinous, aromatic qualities, allowing the differences in the hop varieties to really stand out. Each time we brew this beer, we will dry hop it with a different blend of hops - sometimes with classic American hops, sometimes with rare and expensive New Zealand or Australian hops, and sometimes with exciting, brand new varieties of hops. 8.5% ABV.
