This is a small beer with a big ego. Basically we created Imperial Petit Four Break from the second runnings of Imperial Biscotti Break mash - this is an ancient brewing tradition where we get two different beers from one mash - then we added a little ’je ne sais quoi’ and sprinkled with the secret Imperial ingredient. The result is a slightly less arrogant but very cool session beer. 4.2% ABV.
