Incubator #4 is brewed with HM Terry Sewansecott oysters added 10 minutes before the end of boil. This rich, roasty stout is brewed with flaked oats for a smooth body, and a light addition of earthy English Fuggles hops that plays off the subtle brine note from the oysters. Full bodied and lightly sweet, this stout is an approachable blend of Eastern Shore seafood and English brewing traditions. 5.1% ABV.
