Nouveau Rouge is an ongoing project that pays tribute to the sour ales of Flanders. Using the solera method of blending and aging, this ale is complex, tart and earthy with notes of vanilla and tannin from the oak aging process. With each year the solera will develop more unique character evident in each subsequent release. 6.3% ABV.
