This big hoppy hybrid is an ode to the 34’ bald eagle neon sign topping the state’s oldest brewery. A malty framework supports the beer’s intense hop bitterness. We used an international mix of hops from Germany, France and the Pacific Northwest. This beer slowly reveals itself. First a floral, fruity aroma. Then one sip may reveal black currant, another brings spiciness. All backed by hop bitterness. 8.5% ABV.
