New Jersey has always had a rich brewing heritage dating back to it’s founding by the English in 1664. To celebrate this anniversary we’ve brewed a historic-style: an English Stock Ale. Rich imported malts along with both historic and modern hops and a generous helping of blackstrap molasses makes for a hearty and complex flavor. The Cluster hops, the first variety cultivated in the US, add a piney aroma, a nod to the Pine Barrens, one of our state’s treasures. 7.5% ABV.
