A saison using the first of this year’s foraged yeast from our cherry and forsythia blossoms this Spring. We used local Pilsner and Spelt malts from Deer Creek Malthouse and hopped it with fresh and aged Hersbrucker hops. Notes of honeydew and cucumber, Juicy Fruit gum, ripe pears, that ethereal pasta water we used to drink, floral spring wind, and dew in the orchard.
