Bright and fruity, Pacific Gem has a prominent blackberry aroma and balanced, flavorful characteristics. Because of its useful, high Alpha Acid beer-bittering potential, this hop is introduced throughout the boil, reinforcing the beer’s flavor and aroma. A golden, 5 SRM grist of Premium Pale 2-row, Vienna, Maris Otter and British Crystal malts allow Pacific Gem’s distinct flavors to fully dominate the brew. 5.5% ABV.
