The nose is composed of Amarillo, Strata, and a touch of Cascade, which spiral together in a helix of hopified fruit juice. Our brewers sense notes of overripe pineapple, yellow lemon cake, and a wedge of candied orange dropped in a cedar forest... but picked up and eaten because of the 5-second rule of course… chewy sugar with a touch of pine. 6% ABV.
