A collab with our good friends from Kelly Green Brewing Company. This beer starts with a rye heavy grain bill, plus heaps of NJ grown and malted munich malt from Rabbit Hill. Hopped gently in the kettle to keep this beer soft and approachable, with toasted white birch bark added for a a nice little earthy backbone to carry the massive dry hop of idaho 7 and vic secret.
Sticky Green and earthy up front, giving way to huge drippy tropical mixed citrus fruit juice smoothie and a big orange finish.
