Jelly is a new 8.2% DDH Imperial IPA. For this beer we used the same new fermentation profile that was previously used for Fresh Greens and Fruit Medley that allows us to squeeze more juiciness out of the yeast and hops while reducing bitterness. Brewed with a heavy base of oats and hopped excessively with Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo. Notes of freshly squeezed juice and white gummy bears.
