This recipe was based on the idea of an amber ale that has more hops and more malt. This complex sipper is heavily dosed with Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops which provide a solid, yet balanced, bitterness and a sticky finish on the tongue. The crystal malt offers a crimson red color and a complex presence of mouthfeel to meld this brew together. 8.2% ABV.
