For this riff on a traditional German-style dark wheat ale we teamed up with our friends from Proximity Malt and Steve Dresler, former Brewmaster from Sierra Nevada, to brew up this limited release featuring Proximity's new Chocolate Wheat Malt. We fermented this easy drinking Fall release with one of our favorite German wheat ale yeast strains and over 700 pounds of pureed bananas before amping up some chocolate attitude with additional conditioning atop Organic Cocoa Nibs.
