This beer is filled with sweet and spicy characteristics from Saison yeast. Tannins and oak are apparent in this beer after laying in American white oak barrels for six months. It is a complex and unique brew. Golding and Tettanang hops give this brew spice and earthy hints. The golden hue and sweet taste are derived from Canadian pale malt and malted wheat. Perhaps the largest contribution to this beer comes from the yeast strain which adds flavors of spice, pepper, and clove. 9% ABV.
