The Boyertown Kolsch emulates the styles of the beers origins from Cologne Germany. Warm-fermented and then cold conditioned and unfiltered, the result is a light and straw hazy colored ale, with a nice tart nose and brite finish on the palette. Mildly hopped. 5% ABV.
