First we start with a malt base consisting of pilsner malt, oat malt, flaked wheat, raw wheat and lactose then towards the end of fermentation we infuse 1700 pounds of boysenberry puree into the fermenter creating a stunningly purple color and smoothie-style boysenberry flavor.
