We love saisons, we also love IPAs, so for this one we combined the two styles to bring an American hop forward profile to an old world legend. Brewed with Pils and Pale malts with a touch of raw, unmalted wheat, hopped in the kettle with the almighty Amarillo then fermented with THEE classic saison yeast. During and after fermentation is complete we dry hopped this beauty with Citra and Mosaic. Notes of bitter melon, tangerine oil, fresh cut grass and silky wheat. 6.6% ABV.
