We looked at the history of Stouts imported to the Americas during colonial times and designed this Stout to be the big beer that was made in England, but light and dry enough to be enjoyable in the tropical climates of the Caribbean. The name of this beer was inspired by Scott’s dog (named after a famous stout from Ireland)….she is very fuzzy. 8.65% ABV.
