Brett IIPA, 8.6% ABV: Our PNW Hop and Scottish malt IIPA goes through primary fermentation with our new house brett strain (thanks for the help, Wyeast). The result: bursting tart peach and orange from the hop blend, juicy, resinous pineapple from the brett, and clean biscuit malt finish, dry as a British sense of humor.
