Totally old school origins here, with a turbid mash and full wild fermentation in barrels for over a year. Then we took that delicately funky brew and refermented with Gewurztraminer grapes for some more delicate flavor. Then spritzed up this extremely complex beer with high carbonation for a crisp, lively finish.
