Strong Brut Gose w/ Juniper, Meyer Lemon, and Cherry
The beer version of the iconic French 75 cocktail. Brewed dry and spritzy, aged on Juniper for the gin component, then refermented with Meyer Lemon and a kiss of cherry. Ideally slugged at a Parisian café (but our courtyard will do fine).
