Koji-Mon is our South-Pacific inspired IPA conditioned on 800lbs of passion-fruit puree, and dry hopped with tropical Wai-Iti, Calypso, El Dorado, and two helpings of fully dressed sushi-rice. The aroma is all exotic fruit, followed by lemon meringue, grapefruit zest, finished by a firm passionfruit acidity and fluffy congee-like mouthfeel. 7.5% ABV.
