Imperial Peach Gose has a noticeably sour aroma, with peach pulp, and tea-like notes of chamomile and cardamom. On the palate the strong acidity is balanced by the inherent sweetness of the peaches and the herbal nature of the extra ingredients. The finished beer is slightly cloudy, softly peach hued with a persistent white head and durable lacing thanks to a large portion of wheat in the grist. 8.3% ABV.
